4. GAMEPLAY AND BETTING LIMITATIONS

You agree that gameplay shall be in accordance with our applicable game rules, terms and conditions (if any) for each specific game or gaming activity. The maximum amount you may stake on a single bet is €5 unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to limit your betting amounts at our discretion.

6. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment of winnings will be made promptly after all required verifications have been completed, which may include but is not limited to verification of account holder's identity, age, residency and other details as we reasonably require from time to time (the "Winnings"). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any payment processing if there are reasonable suspicions that a transaction is fraudulent.

7. SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY

We maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and ensure compliance with the relevant laws, regulations, rules and guidelines applicable in each jurisdiction where we operate our Gaming Services (the "Laws"). Our software providers utilise random number generator algorithms to determine game outcomes ensuring that all games are played fairly.

8. PROHIBITION ON CHEATING AND COLLUSION

Any attempts or actions by you which may interfere with the conduct of any game, betting pool or promotion is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your Account or revocation of winnings without any further notice to you.

9. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree that we are not liable for any losses or damages suffered from mismanagement of your gaming activities, failure to comply with our Terms or suspension/termination of services due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., unavailability of servers, internet connectivity).

10. SAFEGUARDING CUSTOMER FUNDS AND DATA

All funds held in your Account are segregated into a separate trust account in accordance with regulatory requirements.

You agree that we will handle personal data and other confidential information provided by you to us as follows:(a) in compliance with the Laws, guidelines and regulations applicable;(b) only for purposes of providing Gaming Services;(c) strictly according to this clause 10;

11. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND GRIEVANCE HANDLING

We aim to provide effective customer support services on a twenty-four-hour basis (twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week).

12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You agree that we may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any dispute arising between us in relation to the interpretation, application or effect of these terms, it shall be resolved by means of mediation before a mediator appointed by The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) at our discretion.

By accessing or using any part of our Gaming Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms. You agree to abide by them as updated from time to time. If you disagree with anything in this Agreement, please do not use the site further as it may lead to disputes between us both.
